- Quantity, product to order, and pricing
- Quote number (if applicable)
- Contact name, email address, and phone number for Maintenance Agreement orders.

Purchase Order
BREEZE accepts purchase orders in U.S. Dollars from credit-worthy domestic and international organizations. Purchase orders from outside the U.S. and Canada are accepted with prior approval and must be over U.S. $500.00.

Check / Money Order
BREEZE accepts checks in U.S. currency drawn from U.S. banks for mailed orders. The checks must be MICR encoded. Please make your check payable to Trinity Consultants Inc. in U.S. Currency, and mail it to:
